Terms of Use

These terms explain what you can expect from this marketplace and what we expect from you. The marketplace is currently in a closed beta. ## 1. What this service is The marketplace lets people list items for sale and contact each other about them. We are not a party to any deal between a buyer and a seller. We do not take payment, hold money, arrange delivery, or guarantee that any item is as described. ## 2. Who may use it You must be able to enter into a binding agreement where you live, and you must use an account that belongs to you. Access during the closed beta is by invitation and can be withdrawn at any time. ## 3. Your listings You must own or be entitled to sell what you list, describe it truthfully, use your own photographs, and set a price honestly. Prohibited items and behaviour are described in the Community Rules, which form part of these terms. ## 4. Your conduct Do not harass other members, send unsolicited advertising, attempt to move people off the marketplace to defraud them, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation. ## 5. Moderation We may hide, edit the status of, or remove any listing, message, or review, and we may restrict or suspend an account, when our rules are broken. You can appeal a decision from your account. ## 6. Content you provide You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store it and display it as part of running the marketplace. ## 7. No warranty The service is provided as it is, especially during the beta. Features may change or stop working, and data created during the beta may be reset. ## 8. Liability To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from dealings between members, from items bought or sold, or from interruptions to the service. ## 9. Ending your use You can request account closure at any time from your account. We may end access if these terms are broken. ## 10. Changes When these terms change we publish a new version here with the date it takes effect.
